Autoplay

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 6, 2026

1. The service

Autoplay is an AI video studio: you write stories, cast characters, clone voices you have the rights to, and generate cinematic video scenes with synthesized dialogue and sound. Generation runs on third-party AI providers on your behalf. The service is provided on an as-is, beta basis and features may change or be withdrawn without notice.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or drive unreasonable automated load.

3. Voice cloning and likeness — consent required

When you upload or record a voice sample, or create a character from a person's likeness, you confirm that you own that voice or likeness, or have the explicit consent of the person it belongs to. Cloning or impersonating a real person without their consent is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination. Voice models created from your samples are private to your account and are used only to synthesize the dialogue you direct.

4. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the scripts, images, audio samples, and other material you upload, and — to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers' terms — the videos you generate. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display your content back to you and to operate the service (for example, sending your prompt and reference images to a generation provider). We do not sell your content or use it to train our own models.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create content that is illegal, that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy, that constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery or child sexual abuse material, that deceptively impersonates real people, or that is intended for fraud, harassment, or disinformation. We may remove content and refuse generation requests that violate this section.

6. Third-party providers

Generation is fulfilled by third-party AI providers — including Google (Gemini/Veo), Kling AI, MUAPI, Fish Audio, sync.so, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, and Anthropic — and payments (where offered) are processed by Stripe. Your prompts, reference media, and voice samples are shared with these processors as needed to fulfil your requests, subject to their terms. Provider availability, pricing, and output quality are outside our control.

7. Usage limits and fees

During beta, generation is subject to per-account daily limits to keep the service available to everyone. Paid plans, credits, and pricing, if and when introduced, will be described in the Studio before you incur any charge.

8. Disclaimers and liability

AI-generated output can be wrong, inconsistent, or unsuitable — review it before you rely on it or publish it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or $50 if you paid nothing).

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: tyler.murray@autoorder.io.
